We manufacture and distribute
high quality locks, hinges and handles for Timber, PVCu, Steel
and Aluminium Doors and Windows and other builders hardware.
In 1998,
we made our first acquisition - Worcester Parsons.
This also included the Steel Window Fittings business Smith
Wallis. In 2001, followed the 'Latham' business; bringing
the Conqueror and Gibbons brands.
In January
2006, we bought Lister Locks Limited - a large distribution
business.
